Education Qualification: Graduate

Job Profile:

  • Coordination with Sales and operational team.
  • Various Reports preparation & facilities the team.
  • Data maintains – Product and Sales wise.
  • Preparation of MIS reports

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) through effective management of leads and sales funnel for the assigned cloud product | business
  • Responsible for achievement of profitability targets (quarterly, annual) for the assigned cloud product | business
  • Manage relationships with vendors of the concerned product | business
  • Manage interactions with key channel partners for the concerned product | business, including effective execution of business development | marketing initiatives and channel enablement programs
  • Responsible for resolution of escalated issues pertaining to the concerned cloud product | business

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

  • Should possess understanding of the sales, distribution and channel management process in the IT Distribution sector
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing products and services
  • Past experience with good understanding of the relevant infrastructure (for example, servers, storage, networking) | software services architecture (for example, software products, security products, OS applications)

Job Profile:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Social media/colleges etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Facilitate the interview panel.
  • Close the vacant positions within the specified timeline.
  • Responsible for Pre Joining documentation, approval, issuance of Job offer & appointment letter, opening salary bank account & employment file.
  • Maintain recruitment matrix.
  • Assist the department with generalist activities.
  • Onboarding Induction to new hires with onboarding kits, initiation training, an office tour, introducing new hires to their team members.
  • Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their Work desk i.e. Laptop/Computer System, Email ID, SAP Code, issuance of access & attendance card, Visiting Card, company ID card, and Mobile phone SIM Card.
  • Answering all queries of new hires.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

  • Experience in MS Office suits with advance excels (V look-up | Pivot Table| Sorting & Filtration data).
  • Working Experience on Job boards Naukri.com, LinkedIn recruiter.
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Strong teamwork skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
